Fort Edmonton Park
Fort Edmonton Park is officially opening its doors for the 2017 season starting May 20th. If you’ve never been, it’s definitely a great place to learn more about Edmonton and our history.

It’s back! The City Market Downtown is one of the best ways to spend a Saturday. Enjoy produce, delicious treats, local crafts and jewelry and explore Edmonton’s Downtown!
NUOVA Opera & Music Theatre Festival
This six week annual classic music festival kicks off May 20th. Share in the promotion and celebration of over 80 Canadian singers, pianists and stage directors. This festival is ideal for those who love opera and musical theatre!
Elk Island Park
Just east of Edmonton is a well known National Park, Elk Island. Spend the long weekend exploring the park and seeing some of theĀ bison, elk and more than 250 bird species that call Elk Island home. It’s a perfect spot close to home for a picnic.
